While customers will be given all possible assistance and advise in relation to this semen, Lone Mountain Ranch and/or ORIgen have no control over the purchasers' methods and conditions of storage or eventual artificial insemination and therefore cannot give any warranties as to results from the purchasers use.

Unless otherwise agreed by the buyer and the seller, with respect to the sale of semen, the seller makes no guarantees with respect to the performance or characteristics of such semen and buyer is purchasing such semen "as is."
